Eli graduated from the Cortiva School of Massage in Boston in 2011. She offers relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, along with prenatal, postnatal and hot stone sessions. Her additional training includes myofascial release with John F. Barnes and Reiki Master certification, and she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Eli begins by listening: clients know their own bodies, and what they share helps guide the session. Outside of work, she spends time with her two rescued companions, a terrier mix and a tuxedo cat.
Alicia is a Williamstown native with more than 20 years of bodywork experience. Board-certified and licensed in Massachusetts and New York, she draws on neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue, sports massage and Swedish relaxation to shape each session. She has degrees in natural health and liberal arts and has taught anatomy, physiology and related subjects to healthcare students for more than 14 years. Alicia joined InTouch in 2014. Before her work in massage and education, she was a professional dancer. Away from work, she enjoys time with her family, friends and mini schnauzer, as well as travel and the arts.
Tammy has been an esthetician since 1997, when she graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, Massachusetts. Originally from eastern Massachusetts, she moved to southern Vermont in 2004 and joined InTouch as its first esthetician. She has built lasting relationships with clients here over the years. Facials are her favorite work. Tammy focuses on clean, hydrated, healthy-looking skin while making each treatment a relaxing part of the day. Some clients come with a skin-care goal; others simply want a quiet hour. She makes room for both.
Jackson is a licensed massage therapist who works with athletes and active people. He focuses on targeted sports massage and mobility work to support recovery, performance and comfort, helping clients stay active and moving well. Jackson joined InTouch in 2026.
Paige graduated from the Massage School of Easthampton in 2017 and has since studied craniosacral therapy and Reiki, which shape her approach to tension held in the body. Living with scoliosis herself, she brings a nervous-system-centered perspective and personal experience with muscular imbalances to her work. Her goal for each session is a deeply relaxing experience alongside deep tissue release. She blends myofascial release with pin-and-stretch work along the body’s meridians, paying close attention to the breath and to the nervous system’s response to touch.
Erica has nearly a decade of experience providing customized, intuitive manual therapy. Her work bridges detailed, deep structural bodywork and gentle nervous system regulation. She listens closely to the body’s cues, working with muscular guarding, restrictions and chronic stress, and she respects each client’s comfort boundaries throughout the session. Her goal is to help clients feel more balanced and at ease in their bodies.
