Booking and appointments
How do I book an appointment?
Book 60-minute spa services online through our booking page, or call us at 413-458-3235. You can also choose a specific therapist or esthetician from our Meet Our Spa Team page.
Can I book online for a 30- or 90-minute service, or for today?
Online booking is for 60-minute spa services only. For 30- or 90-minute services and same-day appointments, please call us.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. On our Meet Our Spa Team page, each therapist and esthetician has a “Book with” link. You can also call and ask for someone by name.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full cost of the service is due.
What if I’m running late?
We can take guests who arrive up to 15 minutes late. Beyond that, a late cancellation fee applies. If your provider is willing and able to see you, we’re sorry that your service can’t be extended past its scheduled time.
How early should I arrive, and is there paperwork?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. We’ll ask you to fill out a waiver and a medical history form for your provider when you arrive.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. For all services, please wash off any products (lotions, perfumes, makeup, and the like) before you arrive. This helps prevent allergic reactions and sensitivities for our guests and our staff.

Payment
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash is always welcome too. We don’t have an ATM on site.

Yes. Cash is preferred for tips, but gratuity can also be added to a card payment.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t take insurance, but we’re happy to provide a receipt you can send to your insurance company, along with your provider’s license. Please note that our providers don’t have NPI numbers, which can prevent some insurance companies from reimbursing.

Hot tub
Tell me about the hot tub.
Our outdoor hot tub is on the deck beside the Green River, tucked at one end and out of sight of the road, with views of the water and trees. It’s booked by the hour for you and your party, for one, two, four, or six people. Availability can vary with the weather.
How do I book the hot tub?
Hot tub visits are by appointment. You can book online under Hydrotherapy on our booking page, or call us at 413-458-3235 to plan yours, on its own or paired with another service.
Can I combine the hot tub with another service?
Yes! Book your hot tub with any other service and take $10 off the hot tub.
Can I use the hot tub in the rain?
Yes! Rain is actually a great time for a soak, because you can’t get any more wet. If it’s raining, we encourage you to wear a brimmed hat that you don’t mind getting wet.
What are the hot tub rules?
Swimsuits are required. The minimum age is 12. Everyone must shower before entering, so please don’t apply body lotion, makeup, or deodorant if you shower before you arrive. We may close the hot tub during extreme cold or lightning for safety.

Mental health and independent practitioners

How do I book with a therapist?
Each therapist has their own booking link on the directory page. Some offer a free 15-minute call to see if it’s a good fit.
